Our One Planet Development smallholding is built on the sound principles of pedigree rare breeds, free ranging year round, no sprays, no GM and no chemicals on the ground or in the food.

Rare Breeds

The flavour of our food comes from the time and care taken, not from bulk factory fast growth. We keep pedigree Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs & Soay Sheep. The richness of flavour comes from how they are kept, what they eat and the extra time taken to get to maturity – it marks these breeds out beyond what you’ll find in the supermarket

We take extra care with building our soil and the diverse nature of plants we grow. Not only do we choose our livestock carefully, but we choose plants and trees that will compliment the environment and keep it in good health for future generations.
